4) Delivery times are approximately 15 days from the date of order.

6) And last point - yes, at MinoDuSud we like everything to be clear for our Funky Clients - you can choose between three carriers for delivery: Mondial Relay, Chronopost Domicile, and DPD Point Relais (depending on the delivery country).

Will I receive the available items before or all at the same time ?
Is your order made up of available items and pre-order items?
We understand how eager you are and how excited you are to wear your new favorites, so you will receive your order in two packages.
The first one will contain the available item(s) at the time of your order, and the second one will include the pre-order item(s) (currently being made in our workshops especially for you).

What are the deadlines for a pre-order ?
You need to arm yourself with a little bit of patience because you've fallen for an item that is taking its sweet time - the little rascal!!!
Expect around fifteen days for it to be shipped.

Returns

What is the procedure for making a return ?
We love you too much, so we explain it in detail right here,
- Step 1, you need to start by logging into your MinoDuSud account.
- Step 2, once you are on your account, click on "My Orders" and then on the sub-section "Details". Now click on the order in question!
- Step 3, we're almost there.
You are on the relevant order, click on "Return Product" and fill in the boxes for each item you wish to return to us.
Now, click on send and you're almost done!
- Step 4, the last but not least Your prepaid Mondial Relay label * is finally available on your account. Simply print it (recommended route: my returns - view return - print shipping label).
* We provide you with a prepaid Mondial Relay label for each package received. If you wish to make a second return, that will be at your own expense.That’s it, you can slip everything into your package, and take it to the MONDIAL RELAY pickup point of your choice.

Do you do exchanges ?
No, unfortunately not!

- A store credit, so you can reorder another item or a different size directly on your customer account!
- A refund.

Where can I find the return label ?

* We provide you with a prepaid MONDIAL RELAY label for each package received. If you wish to make a second return, that will be at your expense.

Do I have to pay for return shipping ?
You reside in Metropolitan France, Monaco, or Belgium?
Congratulations! Return shipping costs are on us* at MinoDuSud.
* We provide you with a prepaid MONDIAL RELAY label for each package received. If you wish to make a second return, that one will be at your expense.If you reside in another country, a little farther away but just as wonderful, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item or an item with a defect ?
We apologize for this inconvenience.

How do you proceed with the refund?
Your return has just been received?
If you paid for your order in one installment, our SCC (Super Customer Service) takes care of everything and credits the card you used to pay for your order (though do allow a little delay, yes we still don’t have permission to hire superheroes with magical powers).
If you paid for your order in several installments, our SCC (Super Customer Service) will notify ALMA of your return and it's our partner who will adjust your monthly payments or proceed with the refund.
⚠️⚠️⚠️ If you paid for your order or part of it with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit only. We can only refund the portion paid with a bank card.

What is a store credit ?
Definition: amount in euros dedicated to treating yourself!
The boutique credit is often created when returning an item that doesn't suit you.
We love it, because it’s like having a special amount set aside just for pampering yourself!
There’s no risk of using this amount for any other, much less glamorous reasons.
To acquire it, it’s very easy: you return a product and instead of getting a refund, you opt for the creation of a fabulous boutique credit!
- It will be automatically credited to your account within 10 working days following the receipt of your return package and can be used at any time and even in multiple installments (for 2 or even 3 times the pleasure).
- To check the amount of your boutique credit, go to your account, in the “Store Credit Card” section.

How do I know that my package has been delivered to a pickup point ?
You don’t have to do anything.
Except, of course, take a quick look at your emails and turn the sound on your mobile phone.
As soon as your favorite item arrives at the pickup point, the carrier will send you a quick email and/or a text message to notify you of its availability!

If I cannot go to the pickup point (relay point or post office), how long will my package be kept ?
Your favorite item can sometimes be fickle, and one thing is for sure, it doesn't like to stay in one place for too long.
Conclusion: it won't wait for you forever...⭐ If you ordered with MONIDAL RELAY?
- 8 days at a Pickup relay⭐ With DPD pickup point, your package will wait for 7 business days at the pick-up point.
⭐ With COLISSIMO, your package can be more patient, it will remain for 10 business days at the post office or pick-up point.
So do your calculations and don’t take too many risks, or you might see your favorite item slip through your fingers!

Here are a few small tips accessible to everyone, to keep your MinoDuSud clothes (and not just those!!) looking as good as new!
Let’s start with a little general clarification, girls: a wash at 30° is not a cold wash!
Nope, when you step into a jacuzzi at 30°, you’re far from the freshness of a swim in the Atlantic Ocean.- ZOOM: Tunics, Shirts, Dresses, and Camisoles
We wash them by hand, and sometimes we allow ourselves to add a small glass of white vinegar for an instant boost.
Be careful, don’t forget your clothes in this magic potion! A few minutes are enough.
After a cold water rinse by hand, you just need to let them dry flat and in the open air.- ZOOM: Jumpsuits, Shorts, Bermudas, Pants & Skirts
You are allowed to use your washing machine (phew!!).
But we always prefer a cold wash on a short cycle, with a low spin (no more than 800 revolutions per minute!!)

How do you choose your collections ?
At Minodusud, the golden rule is to offer you a wide selection of colorful, super vitamin-filled products, whatever the season, with a dash of funky attitude.
Most of them are designs that we have created especially for you (and yes, you deserve it!!).
But that’s not all, we have selected some little gems that we fell in love with so you can enjoy them (we're fashion addicts too)!!

What do the measurements indicated for an item mean ?
Our fabulous online assistants (we loooove them) take the time to meticulously measure all the items, allowing you to choose your size better and avoid a bunch of unpleasant surprises.
All measurements are taken flat. So to get the full circumference of the waist or bust, just multiply the measurement by two (yep, we love little mental calculations, plus it helps with memory).
In the case of a straight cut, know that the bust width corresponds to the width of the waist and hips as well!
And what about the length? Easy, the length is taken from the shoulder. Let’s take a concrete example: for a camisole, the measurement is taken from the strap.
Let’s talk pants! You’ll find the measurement for the “inseam” – simple, it is taken from the crotch down to the bottom of the pants!
Admit it, it’s almost better than at the tailor!

No, we have decided not to provide a size guide.
Indeed, given the wide range of styles and cuts offered, and considering that each of our items fits differently, it would be far too imprecise to offer you a size guide. And at MinoDuSud, there's no room for approximation, you know it well!
A little extra note from the editorial team: did you know that within the same model, the color variation can affect the measurements of an item? Yes, indeed, the coloring processes have a direct impact on the measurements of the models. But don't worry, check the detailed description of your favorite item to find the specific measurements for all available colorways!

Tip: to find all your “Create an alert,” go to “My Stock Alerts.”

Can I cancel my order ?
We start preparing your order as soon as you place it - and yes, we are very, very fast at MinoDuSud.
We want to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
That’s why it is almost impossible to cancel your order once it has been confirmed.
However, it is possible to cancel a pre-order if the item has not yet been prepared for shipment.

What should I do if I haven't received part of my order ?
There are several explanations for this!
The first thing to do is to make sure that you do not have one or more pre-ordered items in your order.
If that is the case, you will receive these items in a separate package within about fifteen days.
Otherwise, check your inbox to see if our Customer Service has sent you an email with information regarding your order.

Once your order is placed, you will be directed to an order confirmation message that indicates the order number.

MinoDuSud is unfortunately unable to indicate the charges that may apply to customers for international shipments.
Any charges depend on the carrier, local laws, and customs fees. These fees will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by MinoDuSud.
